ML-MD 8000 Series

Heavy-duty dry-cleaning machines designed to clean and degrease leather gloves, work suits, and other items using perchloroethylene solvent. Available in various load capacities, all constructed of stainless steel.
The ML–MD 8000 series includes two washing modules with capacities of 60 and 80 kg, respectively, and several high-efficiency distillation modules. Depending on the distillation module selected, up to two cleaning modules can be used in the same configuration.
All major components of the modules, including the base solvent tanks, are constructed of stainless steel. The DIALOG PLUS computer controls the system. All washing modules come standard with programmable inverter-based electronic control to manage the basket’s rotation speed.
Automatic cleaning of the basket’s rear wall removes residues, ensuring maximum performance over time.
The refrigeration heat exchanger and the heating coil are equipped with quick-connect fittings to facilitate maintenance and prevent Freon leaks into the environment. The large aluminum loading door is equipped with a servo-controlled lock that prevents the door from opening while the machine is in operation and is controlled by the DIALOG computer.
The opening angle is optimized to simplify all garment loading and unloading operations as much as possible. To facilitate access during routine maintenance, all access doors are large; furthermore, to ensure maximum operational safety, all access points are protected against accidental opening by electromechanical controls and equipped with automatic pneumatic safety locks.
