Union DCM perchlorethylene dry-cleaning machines are designed to deliver high-performance cleaning, continuous distillation cycles, and efficient solvent recovery, in a range of configurations suitable for laboratories of various sizes.

Available in a space-saving version (vertical format) or with an extended front featuring two or three tanks, the Union series for perchlorethylene cleaning is suitable for both compact spaces and high-volume industrial laundries.

All machines are equipped with the DIALOG Computer system for simplified cycle management, dual high-capacity lint filters, a water separator with an inspection window, and a distillation system that can be powered by steam or an integrated mini-generator.

Exceptional cleaning results, cost-effectiveness, and performance have been achieved with the new UNION XP-XL8000 / L-P800 series, available in either a slim-front, deep-profile version—perfect for laboratories with limited space—or, alternatively, in a wider-front design equipped with two or three tanks.

The new UNION XP-XL8000 / L-P800 machines are ideal for continuous distillation cycles. The energy for distillation can be supplied by external steam or, alternatively, generated by a built-in mini-boiler that regenerates the appropriate amount of cleaning solvent before the end of each cycle.

The new UNION XP-XL8000 / L-P800 series offers a significant reduction in footprint. These models include all standard UNION innovations and the exclusive technical features found in UNION products.

The DIALOG computer makes operating the dry-cleaning system even easier. It provides convenient access to the large air filters and pin filters, as well as a water separator with sight glasses for easy inspection.
