The new ITDS drying system with an oversized fan can significantly reduce drying times, thereby shortening processing times. The efficient refrigeration unit is divided into three separate segments for simplified and faster maintenance. New HCS (Hybrid Charge System) vacuum distillation system with a multi-stage gravitational water separator and PNEUMO STILL waste transfer system, complete with SENSOR PLUS, an electronic sensor designed to prevent foam formation and ensure a pure distilled solvent.
DIALOG PLUS, the heart of the HXL-HXP 8000 series, incorporates the latest advances in computerized control technology introduced by Union. It allows for the sequential programming of temperature settings and basket rotation speed.
UNION’s IDROMATIC still cleaning system with PNEUMO STILL waste transfer removes distillation residues. It scrapes the inside of the still bottom from the outside and then automatically transfers the residues to a waste container for collection and disposal in accordance with regulations.
The new UNION HXL-HXP 8000 models are available in capacities of 10, 15, 18, and 25 kg.
