After so many years of experience in the closet circuit dry-cleaning field where it is certainly world leader, Union S.p.A. is glad to present its new range of polyurethane sole degreasing machines.
Special attention has been given during the projecting phase as to:
- Achievement of the lowest exercise costs thanks to the newest heat recovery which can considerably increase the unit performance.
- Improvement of the washing performance thanks to a thorough review of every single working cycle , to the special perforation of the basket, to the use of an electronic inverter for the adjustment of the washing speed in order to improbe the mechanical action inside the basket
- Improvement of all ecological and operator securities by introducine all available technologies for environment safeguard and by automating all cleaning operations so to reduce to a minimum the contact between operator and machine also during the sole load and unload operations (fully automatic).
- High quality of all components deriving from the strong synergies of the group to which Union S.p.A. belongs and which presently produces more than 3.000 units per year
- High flexibility .Thanks to the innovative modular project which foresees the possibility of utilizing on the equipment three different kinds of solvent (perchlor or Isoparaffine ) by simply replacing the distillation module
